Hello. Welcome to the official Gluten Free World blog.
Gluten Free World is an idea started by myself (Lizzie) for a school project. It was originally meant to be an app, but apps are mega expensive and also really difficult to make, so I settled on a blog until I have the time, money and skill to make an app.
This blog is for people with Coeliac disease (like myself), wheat allergy, gluten intolerance or something of the sort to share recipes, resturants and ingredients that others with the same diatery requirements can eat.
About me
-I am 11 years old.
-My birthday is the 21st of May.
-I am Australian
-I'm currently in Year 6 of primary school.
-I have Coeliac Disease
